Rusty is a short, painfully skinny, awkward, acne ridden, ginger young man just a hair over 18 with the barest hint only of a mustache. He's dressed in what can be best described as "Thrift Store Tony Stark." In his Fae mein he's a fairly stereotypical Nocker. Floating around his head is what looks like a Chimeral Heads Up Display that provides him with information and targeting capabilities.

Rusty lives with his Mom and His mother. He attends engineering college full time and works part time at a local garage as an auto mechanic. Picked on as a boy, Rusty has a deep dislike of bullies of all kinds. He's already had several altercations with local criminals, who he generally confronts, disarms with his vast superstrength and then has earnest conversations with about getting help and changing thier ways. He's had to hurt a couple of them however...
