Sam is a Child of Gaia Garou. He is a Galliard who loves to tell stories and help others. He is a well-built man in his 30s who is most comfortable in jeans and flannel shirts. A few years ago, Sam was in a car accident and was rescued by the Aegis of Gaia Pack who nursed him back to health. The car accident caused Sam to have amnesia about his past although he remembered his name and his medical training. He has found a home among his Pack who live on Harmony Island.

2000: First Change
2005: Sam completes his EMT training and begins to work as an EMT.
2010: Sam unknowingly had a daughter with a kinfolk that he met during his travels.
2018: Sam is in a major car accident and forgets large chunks of his memory including his daughter. The Aegis of Gaia Tribe takes him in and nurses him back to health. Sam decides to stay with the Pack. He is still with them to this day.
