Victorine de Perpignan was born penniless in 1624 CE and turned to a life of prostitution in order to survive. It was during this time that her immense beauty and angelic singing voice attracted the attention of her future Sire, Maximilian.
She boarded a ship for the New World in 1702 CE, and, since then, has cultivated ties and connections in America, reveling in its excesses and new wealth in a quest for true fame.
She uses her beauty as her main weapon and her voice is unparalleled. In the 90’s some of her music managed to make it onto the charts.
Since the Beckoning she is a force to be reckoned with and no remaining Elders have shown any interest in slowing her down.
