Bio

Ragnar led the negotiations with Justicar Iadanza to secure the Noiads safety in the Camarilla. A staunch member of the Noiad Bloodline and a gifted seer, he rarely participates in sect politics. Instead he spends most of his time studying the signs of the gods and advising the eldest of the bloodline.
