This territory is comprised of Manhattan, Kansas and outlying rural areas.
Local Laws
Since there is no ascendant authority in Manhattan, there are no official laws or courtesies. The locals do however commonly advise travelers one thing. There are werewolves. They out number us. They leave us alone unless we get to close to The Beast. Don't antagonize them, and if you are close to your beast, it's probably best to steer clear of this town entirely.
