This is the "Masquerade NPC Add Rumors" form. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

This form's intended purpose is to create a page with the name {{NPC's PAGENAME}} Rumors, which the Masquerade NPC Template will then transclude onto the NPC's page in the appropriate section. If everything is working as intended, you should be accessing this form via a link on the NPC's page, which will define the name of the rumors page to be created and skip this screen entirely. If you're looking at this page, that may mean something isn't working right with the link to this form. If that is the case, you can manually create a rumors page (and, separately, a quotes page, because those work identically) according to the "{{NPC's PAGENAME}} Rumors" pattern and just input the rumor text directly.

Also note that new rumors may take up to 15 minutes to show up on the NPC's page, due to caching.

Also also, the |rumors= line in the "Masquerade NPC" template call can be used to hold rumors, as long as they don't include a | (pipe) character. This whole setup with the separate page that gets transcluded into the main page is really just to minimize the chances of someone screwing up your NPC's page while trying to add a rumor.
