Lynch is a Tall Solid Man with a constant smirk as if he knows something no one else does. He at times doesn't say much, but when he isn't, he is watching. When he is talking, he speaks with a almost hard to understand Irish accent, that gets harder to understand if he is pissed off. He constantly well dressed, and often has on leather gloves and a leather Jacket.
