Thunder Bay is a beautiful town on the edge of Lake Superior, in Ontario Canada.  It is a shipping center with an active port and main highway with train routes to all of Canada. By night the monsters come out.  Firmly in control of the Ivory Tower, the Camarilla city sees trouble and visitors of all kinds.  Ever since it was nothing more than two trading towns, Thunder Bay has been host to all sorts of creatures, most of whom just pass through. Now it is a stronghold that continues to grow.

He can often be found in a scholarly suit but enjoys wearing historical clothing pieces from his homeland. His most notable trait is his unquenchable appetite for new historical, and cultural information.  Even beyond his clan weakness William will go out of his way in order to make a new and fascinating discovery.

He believed it to be in Egypt not in the middle of the Atlantic. To this end he met and began a relationship with Will's mother producing him in the process. Never having enough money for proper schooling Will learned as he could listening to his mother's tales and his father's historical rantings.

In time Will was in the right place at the right time to be noticed by the Banu Haqim and brought into the world of the night. He has decided to make the best of it and hunt down every piece of information he can so long as his unlife shall last.
