Upon the embrace, he retired from shipping to study with the clan finding himself drawn to the mystical applications of the clan. He decided to pursue this further by traveling the Orient studying the various cultures with their views of mysticism. This lead to him to shift his cultural identity to that of Oriental customs. 1970 arrived on Harmony Island due to clan request. Arien quickly realized this place needed some real culture and decided to build a luxury Japanese restaurant and garden complex. Present day he tends to remain within his luxury establishment, surfacing from time to time to travel or attend to special guests.
