1. Game comes third after rent and homework.
2. You get out what you put in. Personal effort and participation are both encouraged and rewarded.
3. When in doubt, ask. Our staff is knowledgeable and patient. Use them. They like it.
4. Complaints are welcome! Please understand that complaints will be taken as you volunteering to fix the issue.
5. Complaints involving a serious crime (theft, assault, rape) will be referred to law enforcement. Houston's volunteer staff will not be responsible for investigating actual criminal activity.
