Bio
Nines Rodriguez was a major player in the Second Anarch Revolt.
The eldest son in a large immigrant family, he learned responsibility early. He and his gang held downtown Los Angeles until the Free State fell. He took a lot of that blame onto himself, reshaping him into a cold and shrewd tactician who saw the need for organized and mobile assault teams.
The Free Anarch Militia was born to quickly respond to any threat, anywhere.
