He was the brightest of his siblings, and always ran around town trying to see what he could find. His parents made sure he received the best education he could, and moved him back to Britain to continue his studies in Anthropology. In his adult life, he would travel back and forth from American and Europe, eventually catching the eye of his sire. His studies in The Mountain proved fruitful, but Cecil couldn't bear being confined to one place forever. So he travelled and ended up taking residence in New York City for a while and then in upstate New York. When Lady Dawn and Thomas Ewing, old friends from his travels along the east coast, told Cecil about the happenings in Pittsburgh, he jumped at the chance for a new adventure. | ||

Cecil Lee is a bored scholar who's looking for a new adventure. He is originally from upstate New York, but has now moved to Pittsburgh at the suggestion of Lady Dawn and Thomas Ewing.
