Further Information
Appearance: Chip appears to be in his late teens. He is a tall, thin, Caucasian man when obfuscated to his "normal appearance, he has short brown hair and often presents with blue eyes. He seems to wears a T-shirt, blue jeans, and a cheap leather jacket or a flannel, and rubber boots.
Chip is a talented technical expert, specializing in surveillance and digital security. As a Montana native, he feels equally comfortable in the wilderness as in an urban setting. Intrusive and curious, he is never far from learning something he shouldn't have.
Notable Traits: If he has them they are hidden by Mask of a Thousand Faces.
Chip is utterly unknown to all other kindred society having only ever appeared at the Anarch gatherings near Great Falls Montana.
