Public Knowledge

Obsidian Marx got his start playing guitar in rock bands in high school. In the 1980s, he formed the band Sonoran Blood and began to turn his attentions toward a more gothic style of music.

Kindred Knowledge

Obsidian gained the notice of the Ministry (then the Followers of Set) in the early 80s, and was embraced shortly after that. From the 1990s until recently, Obsidian had been away from the city, travelling abroad searching for, in his words, "Lost Knowledge". Obsidian has an maintains a sizable cult of followers, originally built up from fans of his music. What he is planning to do with this cult is anyone's guess.

The Sands of Time

• 8 July 1952: Born in Phoenix.
• 1966: Begins attending Paradise Valley High School.
• 1968: Joins his first psychedelic rock band Twilight of the Gods.
• 1974: Begins to be noticed by the Followers of Set.
• 1980: Ghouled by the Followers of Set, forms Sonoran Blood, begins building his cult.
• 1984: Sonoran Blood goes on hiatus.
• 26 August 1986: Embraced.
• 26 August 1988: Leaves accounting.
• 1989-2019: Begins travelling searching for forgotten lore. (Intentionally left vague for ties, childer, etc.)
